Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Reservation Buffer: A 48- hour time period between the last guest departure and the next guest arrival is our protocol for all units.
Cleaning Policy: A 2 Step process to lower the risk of contamination.
Step 1 (Sanitation) will remove germs, dirt, and impurities by using a CDC and EPA approved products. We are prioritizing high-touch surfaces such as door handles, controls and switches, bathroom taps and handles, guest information and brochures, furniture such as chairs and tables. Linens are professionally washed at the highest temperature allowed at 140 degrees and dried at 150 degrees.
Step 2 (Disinfection), This involves fogging throughout the unit with an electrostatic sprayer. This quickly and evenly coats surfaces with a disinfecting solution. No wiping is required, and bacteria is killed in about 2 minutes and viruses under 2 minutes.
This ALL NEW custom renovated unit has been given a floor to ceiling makeover and with new beds and appliances and everything in between. The master bath has a custom shower with a barn style door and features a pebble tile floor which extends up the center of one wall. A custom makeup table with stool and mirror is located in the back of the master bathroom near the ventless washer and dryer and walk in closet. A pocket door out to the master bedroom displays a king size bed with a new near firm mattress. The living room is nicely appointed with new audio and video systems for your enjoyment. The sleeper sofa can be adjusted to lie flat or raise one end for relaxed bay watching. The dining room is complemented with dish cabinets next to the dining table and dimmable lighting to help set the right mood.
The guest bedroom now features a queen size near firm mattress with dual nightstands and lamps. The large bypass closet has plenty of room and contains some beach/pool toys for your enjoyment. The guest bath is a revitalized tub/shower combo with granite counters and brushed nickel accessories.
The kitchen is open, providing an unobstructed view of the boats passing by. The gorgeous granite countertops and unique spacious sink and kitchen faucet are a perfect complement to the new décor. All new Whirlpool stainless refrigerator, stove, microwave with ventless hood and stainless-steel tub dishwasher provide kitchen efficiency.
NOW you can look outside and enjoy the soothing sounds of waves lapping on the beach as boats pass by in the distance. The spectacular views overlooking San Carlos Bay and Sanibel Island from you master bedroom, living room and dining room and private lanai. Dolphins and manatees occasionally make appearances in the mornings and evenings. This 2 bedroom/2 bath first floor unit is all you need for the perfect Southwest Florida vacation. The last mainland exit before the Sanibel island bridge is your oasis for beauty, beach, and amenities.
