Cancellation Policies

Our cancellation policies are being revised to accommodate the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, we are offering a more lenient cancellation policy to our prospective guests.

Accord will continue to collect a 20% deposit to confirm any booking with the final payment due within 60 days prior to arrival. 

However, we we will be offering a free cancellation policy for bookings cancelled at least 14 day prior to check-in less an adminitration fee of $50 and any credit card fees we paid on the deposits made for the reservation (3.5%)

Below are more specific guidelines for bookings made through the most popular listing sites:


Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will get back 50%.


Free cancellation as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in. After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee.
